I have a business, selling Jewelry (Gold, Silver, Watches, Batteries) in a big store (a chain). Annual Gross?

sale is almost $115,000. Profit margin in this business is more than 60% of gross sales. Rent is $1200/per month which includes all utilities except phone bill. No employess, I work by myself. No other expences. Now I want to sell this business because of moving to another state.I just wanna get it know that how much price should I ask for this business and which is best media(newspapers/online websites) should i use to advertise for selling this buiness.?
