help! some things aren’t clear to me, i know that you can sell your precious silver and gold coins on ebay or other retailer(coin shops)
BUT what i dont know is that do you need special certifications or anything else to open your own coin shop to sell and buy jewelry, silver or gold

i want to sell the silver jewelry at flea markets. It is pretty, it does not have any insignia and it is silver.

Legal would imply that the designer is unable to launch a suit and win.
Now that would require a test case in court to determine whether the designer can take all of your profits and some punitive damages.

If the product is a very close copy, it is likely that the designer can and will sue, and win.

All the gold/diamond exhanges only want gold and diamonds as do the pawn shops I called unless it is Tiffany, James Avery or sterling flatware or candlesticks. If anyone knows of an online place, a link would also be appreciated. I have apx 40 grams.

I have six pieces of sterling silver jewelry from Tiffany’s that aren’t really my style. All together they cost about $1000. They are gently used but still in great condition and I still have the suede pouch, box, ribbon, and bag for each. I’d like to sell them but there are too many fakes on eBay to get a fair price. I’ve also tried Craigslist but people on there offer about $35 max for items that cost well over $100 each. Do I have any other options or am I stuck with this stuff?
I know all about selling on eBay but I really don’t think I could get a fair price on there. The fakes are ruining the value of the real stuff.

I saw pieces on my recent trip that I didn’t buy and cannot find anything like them on any google search engines. The pieces are necklaces that are sterling silver only ( no stones) and very bold fashion styles. Specifically the hammered large ovals/circle pieces.

They only sell by catalog & online. They sell mostly supplies to jewelry makers, like myself but they do sell rings, charms, bracelets, etc. they are pretty cheap too and the quality is very good. Hope this helps.
